Should hopefully be seeing you in the BSB paddock if all my plans come together properly. At the minute i am in the middle of a big fitness training program - as you are i believe?
Man its killing me. I am sure the rewards will come if i keep at it though (thats what i keep telling myself anyway!)

My website is just being redesigned, should be done by the end of Jan.

Hey Rob, yeah im hard at it also... no Chocolate sucks big!!! i reckon that the Superstock 600 will probably get the same kind of treatment we did last year! (bottom of the barrel)

Training is having to drag yourself of the sofa away from your fave episode of Friends and all those yummy chocolate bars and go visit this thing called a gym where you cane yourself for hours on end to then come out feeling half dead... oh and dont let me forget to mension the 40 mins of cardio every day before breakfast!

Just got confirmation through that i'll be riding a 675 in Supersport with Team Buff. Anyway, less of me and more of Howell I say.
